Contract Services for Repair of Failed Culvert at Van De Hei Ranch Road

Amador Fire Protection District is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for replacement of failed culvert and subsequent road repair at 23770 Van De Hei Ranch Road in Pioneer, CA 95666.  It is anticipated that one firm will be selected to perform all services related to this project in collaboration with Amador Fire Protection District.  The District reserves the right to terminate this project prior to selection of a qualified Respondent as well as reject any and all responses submitted.

Sealed RFP’s will be received by the Amador Fire Protection District Office; by U.S. Mail at Amador Fire Protection District, 810 Court Street, Jackson, CA. 95642.; by U.P.S., Federal Express, or by other courier to Amador Fire Protection District, 810 Court Street, Jackson, CA. 95642, until 1:30 PM, Thursday, January 2, 2020, at which time sealed RFP’s will be opened and read in the office of the Fire Chief, located at the above address. RFP’s received late, will be rejected and returned unopened.  Telegraph, Facsimile (FAX) and E-Mail RFP’s will not be considered.


Consultant shall provide all services under this Agreement without discrimination, and shall not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment, on the basis of race, religious creed, color, national origin, ancestry, physical disability, mental disability, medical condition, marital status, sex, age, or sexual orientation.  Consultant will comply with Section 1735 of the Labor Code and all provisions of Executive Order No. 10925 of March 6, 1961, as amended, and all rules, regulations and relevant orders of the President’s Committee on Equal Opportunity created thereby.  Contractor shall also comply with the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (Government Code, Section 12900 and following).
